Coach a Nonprofit
Connect the Dots sees the "greening" of a facility as an opportunity to educate, involve, and train people on environmental sustainability. We welcome community members to gain direct experience in moving an organization towards environmental sustainability by being a Volunteer Consultant in our Green Start program. Through our training program, Connect the Dots pairs each volunteer with an experienced staff member to help coach a nonprofit through the steps to being green.

When we invite concerned community members like yourself to join our efforts, everyone benefits:

  • More people of diverse backgrounds get engaged in environmental sustainability
  • Connect the Dots extends its consulting capacity to reach more nonprofits
  • Nonprofits get the assistance they need to operate more environmentally responsibly
  • Partner programs are delivered to a sector without needing to expend additional outreach or marketing
